I am an experienced massage therapy provider of 20 years and a former surgical technologist. I incorporate various modalities such as deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, and swedish tailored to individual client needs. After sessions, I like to educate my clients on stretches that may help correct ongoing issues and maintain their muscles in between massages.
